Who Are We
Best Youth Generation (BYG) Entertainment is a youth-led Community-Based Organization (CBO) founded in April 2021 in Kakuma Refugee Camp, Turkana County, Kenya. We empower refugees, host community youth, girls, women, and vulnerable groups through creative arts, talent development, digital innovation, mentorship, and community engagement.We believe every young person has the potential to create positive change when equipped with the right skills and opportunities. Through music, filmmaking, dance, acting, digital media, entrepreneurship, and leadership development, we help young people build confidence, self-reliance, and meaningful livelihoods.Our work promotes social inclusion, peacebuilding, gender equality, economic empowerment, and community cohesion by creating safe, inclusive spaces where talent can thrive and communities grow stronger.
